Thanks for the tips on depression. I got to know about you from Focus on the Family. You said to do YOGA when experiencing depression. I thought that was something from Eastern religion! I am a Christian! Please tell me why it’s ok for me to do yoga

Thank you for your response. I understand your concern and want to briefly address it. Yoga is practiced in Hinduism, but many Christians have adapted it to simply be used as a stretching, light exercise that relieves stress. There are Christian yoga classes that play praise music throughout the class. If you are uncomfortable at all with the concept of this, I recommend you trust yourself to know what’s best for you and not participate. Again, thank you for your question. Take care and God Bless.
