    Planning your wedding

    I have no idea what kind of cake was served at my wedding reception, probably because I don’t think I ever ate any of it. Standing there at a table, having caved to my new wife’s pleas for politeness, I had just fed her a manageable bite of cake when she promptly wound up and shoved a whole handful of it all over my face.
