Areas of Focus:
• Sustainable Leadership
• Personal Identity and Calling
• Sexuality and LGBTQ+ Conversations
I have the privilege of serving as the Coaching Director. I am deeply passionate about empowering others to discover, own and be unleashed into their full potential and identity as people made in God’s image. I believe that all people are created with loving intention, bearing the unique fingerprint of God for great purpose and calling.
With nearly fifteen years of pastoral care and coaching experience, I am highly relational and an outside-the-box thinker. I always strive to create a safe, inspiring and creative environment for coaching partnerships. Seminary trained and holding certifications in Leadership Coaching and Mental Health Coaching, I provide coaching and pastoral care from a Spirit-led, biblically rooted foundation.
Specifically, I am most energized coaching individuals, married couples, parents and teams. Additionally, I am passionate about helping leaders operate at their truest, most sustainable potential. I enjoy creating space for clients to identify limiting habits and beliefs, gain greater personal insight and discover strengths, personality and capacity. This is done all with the intent to strategically and courageously take steps towards purpose and flourishing in all areas of life.
Additionally, through my own personal experience and learning, I am uniquely equipped to help individuals and families navigate the highly nuanced waters of sexuality, orientation and other LGBTQ+ related conversations.
When I’m not helping people navigate life, I’m a personal chef on the side and I love to have fun by staying active outdoors. Yardwork and running are therapeutic activities for me and I am so absolutely grateful for the life I get to live and learn about along the way with my wife, Michelle, and our four kids.
I look forward to serving you.
