Caitlyn is committed to partnering with children, adolescents, and adults to uncover their unique, God-given strengths and empower them to make lasting changes in their lives. Oftentimes, individuals’ stories become tangled in life’s ups and downs, and they don’t know where to begin. Caitlyn aims to help in these situations, by cultivating a space for healing and guiding clients towards a place of peace, hope, and wholeness.

She works to bring a compassionate approach and expertise to assist individuals in navigating diverse challenges, including anxiety, depression, identity issues, life transitions, grief, and relational concerns.

Caitlyn believes in being adaptable in her therapeutic approach to best fit each person. Together, Caitlyn and her clients work to identify goals, strengths, and create a plan for lasting change. She often utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy, drawing from Narrative Therapy and Family Systems when beneficial.

Clients can expect a welcoming and non-judgmental environment in Caitlyn‘s sessions. She understands that opening up and sharing one’s story can be intimidating. Caitlyn seeks to work together to build a relationship of trust and security so that you can begin your journey toward transformational healing. You are so valued and your story deserves to be told. Let’s work together to tell your best story yet.

When not in the office, Caitlyn enjoys reading with a coffee in hand, playing and watching sports (Go Lions!), being outside any chance she gets, playing games (board games, cards, video games- you name it!), and is in continuous search for the very best blueberry muffin.
