As a certified coach, chaplain and lactation counselor, I have positioned myself to do what I love best—help people! I discovered that passion while completing my bachelor’s degree in Public Administration and Non-Profit Business. A counselor asked me one question that changed the trajectory of my life. “What is important to you?” In that moment, my answer became clear, “People. I just want to help people!”

I have had the privilege of helping clients navigate life for 12 years, asking the same kind of questions so others can discover their passion. Over the past four years, I have developed a niche for coaching employees in the corporate setting and helping them see different perspectives of an issue they are facing and then troubleshooting with them to come up with the best possible solution.

I have been certified and trained in conflict management and motivational interviewing, which involves a series of questions that help clients discover a more in depth view of themselves. As a certified Lactation Counselor, I have also received additional training in perinatal mood disorders to assist new moms in managing the plethora of different emotions they experience and help them find balance again. It is my pleasure to walk with moms through that challenging time in her life, and provide helpful tips that position her for success in motherhood.

I enjoy the opportunity to meet with people from different cultural backgrounds and life experiences and guiding them to find their purpose and move towards a closer relationship with God.

I am happily married with four children. In 2015, my husband and I had the amazing opportunity to plant Unison Christian Church, where we help and support a vital congregation. My passion is to propel my clients into their best life and expose them to the power, love and fulfillment that only God can bring.
