Dr. Matt Biller serves as the Zeeland Counseling Director and the Director of Winning At Home’s Professional Development Network. Matt also serves the greater West Michigan community as the onsite counselor at Request Foods Inc. and Fleetwood Group in Holland, Michigan, where he provides professional development, consultation to leadership and human resource teams and therapy to their employees and families.

Enthusiastically curious, Matt deeply cares about the wellbeing of individuals, couples, families and both for profit and non-profit organizations. He is committed to empowering clients to live into the God-sized life they were designed to fulfill.

Specialized training and in-depth skill building are fundamental to Matt’s approach for couples and families in crisis, specifically for those struggling with communication and conflict resolution. He loves to help educate people in ways to create positive change in their relationships. Matt enjoys teaching others about tools like the Enneagram, Dr. Olson’s circumplex family systems model, and fundamental assertiveness and listening skills to help them better understand themselves and how to relate with others to achieve successful connections in their marriages, families, and workplaces.

He completed his bachelor’s degree from Grand Valley State University in 1998, his master’s degree from the Assemblies of God Seminary in 2004 and his Doctor of Psychology degree from California Southern University in 2018.  Matt has been providing professional therapy and consultation since 2004.

Matt and his wife enjoy living near the lakeshore while raising their three kids.  He can often be found riding one of his bikes, running, binge watching Bob Ross or making others laugh. He has also been spotted as a Bob Ross stunt double… Some of the authors that have been most influential in his training are John Eldredge, Mary Geegh, Jay Stringer, Scott Stanley, Thomas Phelan, David Olson and most importantly God Almighty. His favorite books of the Bible include Genesis, Psalms, Proverbs and James.
