If you are an adult feeling particularly burdened by anxiety, depression, past abuse and trauma, unwanted behaviors, condemning or distressing thoughts, issues of worth, etc., Emily, with the help of God’s Word, desires to help you find freedom.

Emily strives to create an open and caring space, accepting a client’s current place in life while gently encouraging necessary change toward identified goals. Of particular interest to Emily are the Freedom in Christ discipleship materials. She is married with two daughters and two cats. Painting, drawing, and gardening are hobbies she enjoys.

Emily completed a Master of Clinical Psychology degree at Wheaton College in Illinois and her undergraduate work at Cornerstone University in Grand Rapids. In addition, she has completed extensive continuing education in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and is versed in several trauma treatment modalities.
