Lance is focused on helping adolescents and families who are struggling in their relationships due to a variety of issues such as addiction recovery, grief, depression and anxiety to name a few.

As he gets to know each client, Lance will help them discover and utilize their own strengths to achieve the behaviors they desire as well as help them fill their home with peace and joy. Combining his passion for studying God’s Word and his love for helping others through the therapeutic model that best fits the individual, Lance is devoted to connecting with clients where they are in their journey and working with them to get them where they want to be. He has created an office environment where clients can feel safe to share their stories and get the help they are seeking.

Lance and his wife, Sarah have three very active children. He enjoys spending time with his family on adventures and in activities in the community.  His hobbies include surfing, skateboarding, snowboarding, mountain biking, playing guitar, hiking and camping.
