Lynette is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who believes in always continuing her education to assist her clients with the most up to date and most effective counseling techniques. Her approach to counseling is based on a blend of several techniques that encompasses the mind, body, and spirit. Each client is assessed for a tailored technique that will bring optimum results on his or her behalf. She has 10 years experience working with individuals, couples, and families to help resolve conflict, depression, fear and anxiety as well as improve communication and relationships. She also considers panic attacks, PTSD, anger management and sex therapy part of her area of expertise. She is a member of the American Counseling Association, the Florida Mental Health Counselors Association and the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists.
